Whipped Feta Dip with Bari Olive Oil Peach Pepper Jam: A delicious dip that's hard to resist!

What you'll need:
For the whipped feta dip:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Bari Olive Oil Traditional
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh diced peaches (to add a smoky caramelized flavor, grill some peach slices before dicing)
- BARI peach pepper jam, or your favorite jam of choice
- Serve with crackers or with fresh baked bread!
To prepare the Feta Dip:
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, Traditional Bari Olive Oil, Fresh lemon juice, honey, & salt.
- Blend or mix until the ingredients are smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and adjust with a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve:
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create a slight indent in the center.
- Spoon a generous amount of Bari Olive Oil Peach Pepper Jam into the center of the dip and swirl it around gently to create a beautiful visual - people eat with their eyes first! The sweetness of the peach combined with the mild heat of jalapeno is the perfect match for the tangy, creamy feta.
