There’s something timeless about a classic Caesar salad—crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, a dusting of Parmesan, and of course, that unmistakable creamy, savory dressing. While store-bought options are convenient, there’s nothing quite like the richness and freshness of a homemade Caesar dressing. This recipe is sure to wow your guests and become a dinner time staple!

What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon BARI classic balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup BARI Arbequina Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- a dash of salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- romaine lettuce
- cherry tomatoes, optional
- croutons
- If you need a more hearty recipe, add chicken and rotini pasta!
Full Recipe:
- Place mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Pulse on low speed until smooth, scrape down sides for an even blend.
- With food processor or blender on, drizzle the olive oil into the mixture in a small stream. scrape down sides. Add the grated parmesan cheese, salt and a generous grind of black pepper. Pulse together and mix until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate the dressing for a few hours before using it on the salad.
- For the salad, slice romaine into chunks
- drizzle the dressing over the top of the lettuce, add in sliced cherry tomatoes (optional), some shredded parmesan and toss gently, add croutons.
