What You'll Need:

  • 1 can corn - drained
  • 1 can black beans - drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes - diced
  • 1/2 red onion - finely diced
  • 2 large avocados, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2+ lime, to taste
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. BARI Jalapeno infused olive oil 
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Once you have your corn and black beans drained, add to a large bowl along with your diced cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, lime juice, Jalapeno olive oil, and salt & Pepper and give it a good stir, chill in the fridge for 20 to 25 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
